From the Leader of Learning and Teaching

As we race past the halfway point of Term 2, it’s an ideal moment to reflect on the incredible effort being shown across the school. Students have well and truly settled into the rhythm of the term and are engaging deeply with their learning across all subject areas. The commitment to academic growth and personal excellence is evident in classrooms.

Across all year levels, students are working steadily towards their academic goals. They are beginning to prepare for upcoming assessment tasks, taking on the challenge with growing confidence and resilience. From crafting thoughtful essays and persuasive speeches, to writing scientific reports and religious reflections, developing collaborative presentations, conducting historical investigations, performing musical pieces, and creating expressive artworks—the variety of learning activities highlights the diverse talents and interests of our students.

It’s a joy to see students taking pride in their learning, seeking feedback, and striving to improve with each new task. Teachers continue to guide and challenge them, providing the support needed to achieve high standards.

As the term progresses, we encourage all students to stay organised, look after their wellbeing, and continue giving their best in every learning opportunity. The hard work now lays the foundation for success later—and already, there is so much to celebrate.
