We are now drawing close to the end of the journey for our communicants who will receive the Eucharist for the first time next week. On Tuesday, we will hold a Formation Day for all of Year 3 and those students from Year 4 and Government Schools who will come together for a day to consolidate their understanding of the Mass and Eucharist. Being a parent or carer of a student at a Catholic school

As a parent or carer of a student at a Catholic school, you will be invited to attend liturgies such as Mass and other faith events at the school.

If you’re not Catholic or you’re Catholic but don’t really know much about it, you may be nervous about attending these kinds of family and community opportunities at the school. Just remember that everyone is welcome in the Catholic faith community because Catholics believe that all people are made by God, made in God’s image, made for God, and loved by God. This means that you, whether a parent or carer of a student in a Catholic school, are included.

• Weekend Mass at St Mary’s Parish
• Retreat and Formation Days with our classes
• Weekly Mass on a Tuesday or Thursday at St Mary’s Parish, led by our Primary Classes.
